Samsung just and expensive name

Purchase a Samsung Washing machine at game last October. Within 3 months the machines became problematic. A Tech was sent to me, the machine was open and parts were replaced with the 1st 6 months of purchase. Up until now the machine is a problem and Samsung does not want to replace the machine. I will never recommend the brand Samsung to anyone. They are just a brand name with no quality.
