Samsung isn't a as loyal anymore
I can't even explain my frustration right now towards sumsung!!! I am loyal customer to Samsung all my household goods are from Samsung recently I purchased an eco bubble washing machine front loader paid cash for it my machine is 5 months old however when the machines spins cloths dry its sounds like the drum is loose or the washing is uneven I have made sure to check all of that. Technician came out twice to check the machine and all they say is it's normal and from my experience this is NOT normal the machine sounds like it an old machine... I called numerous ount of time to customer service and I am not getting proper help!
