Samsung is the most pathetic company
I bought a TV in 2021, the first time it broke was in 2022, second time in 2023. After the second time it broke Samsung was suppose to see that this is not normal on any level, they should have made a plan to replace the TV. Because how does a brand new TV break twice in 2 years. Now I have the same problem again, after they allegedly fixed the problem and they refuse to fix it. Samsung is the worst company!!! This is unacceptable on so many levels!!!!

THE SAMSUNG TV I PAID R19000 FOR IS BROKEN AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT, THE TV IS 4 YEARS OLD!!!!! THEY FIXED TWICE ALREADY AFTER THEY SAW THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TV.
