Samsung is starting to really give bad quality! A22 and J4 core.

I really was a big fan of Samsung but now, i Am really not even considering an upgrade. At first i was using the Samsung J4 Core when it came it, it worked well until it just stared to switch off and the screen would go blank for hours, It had no damage whatsoever.Then i gave it away and decided to upgrade, late last year i bought an A22 which was working fine until recently it just got stuck , its been stuck for hours now, its ringing i can see everything but its not touching or anything.I have not even had this phone for a year and already its giving me such problems. Now i am going to upgrade but definitely not going anywhere near Samsung. I am really fed-up with the fact that I'm expecting the best quality and every time I'm getting problems I just cant deal, please sort out whatever it is you guys are doing and maintain you"high standards".
