SAMSUNG IS REALLY ROTTEN EGGS, STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS

STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG AND THANDI( COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT) My Samsung TV exploded from the inside and samsung refused to cover the TV screen replacement, i lodged a complaint with Samsung complaints department. I was Contacted by THANDI from Samsung, she advised me to take my TV to MM electronics, THANDI Stated that they are willing to open the TV to check what had happened( AS PER OUR TELEPHONIC RECORDINGS) THANDI said that they will open and investigate, THANDI calls me back 2 days after to say that the service center was not willing to open the TV, i was charged for the assessment and yet it was not carried out as promised, THANDI STATED SHE IS CLOSING THE CALL BUT SHE WILL CALL ME BACK TO ASSIST WITH A WAY FORWARD AS I REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE ASSESSMENT AS I FEEL THAT THEY DID NOT CARRY OUT THE ASSESSMENT THAT I PAID FOR, ITS BEEN WELL OVER A WEEK NOW AND THANDI DID NOT RETURN MY CALL, SHE REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALL , SHE CUTS MY CALLS WHEN I TRY AND GET A HOLD OF HER,,,,, HER SERVICE DELIVERY IS EXTREMELY POOR AND SHE IS A LAIR PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG AND THANDI. it has been months now and still no joy with Samsung, THANDI still did not return my call as promised
