Samsung is phathetic to say the list.
I bought a Flat screen TV which is a Samsung this year January already its giving problems. Samsung is not willing to help at all, I don't want to mention their terrible service level from contact centre agent, technicians and Management. I will have no choice but to take this up with the Ombudsman but if you can run away from Samsung...
