Samsung is PATHETIC

I have been immensely hacked. This is the response to all my attempts.

"Samsung cannot be responsible for this, You may take the person who hacked your phone to task. There is nothing we can do to assist you with this"

Never, NEVER, get a Samsung. They do not care. Read all reviews on Hellopeter that point to Samsung being a disgusting service.
