SAMSUNG is not as cool as they pretend to be

My brand new Samsung Galaxy A3 was recently bumped out of my hand onto laminated flooring. It didn't fall from a far distance and it was properly looked after as well. I had a screen guard on at the time as well as a phone cover. My phone is two weeks old. It has never fallen before or been mishandled and just like that, after one little fall, the thing is broken. It cannot work at all. I see Hauwei and Hisense devices fall and the most they have to worry about is a cracked screen. My screen never even cracked, my entire phone is broken. I think this is unacceptable and just a poor quality phone. I am ever sorry that I made the switch from my Blackberry to Samsung.
