Samsung is no longer a brand you can trust.

I bought a samsung 32" tv about 6 months ago. One evening when switching it on it was dead. This came as a shock to me. The next morning i called the furniture store where I bought it The answer was that because I bought it cash they can't be of any assistance and they also told me I was not the only one who experienced that problem hence they advised me to go for another brand while i was there. I liked samsung so very much in s8 much that my double door fridge is samsung, my s6 is samsung , should I worry next time when thinking of buying something? On the 10th of April it was my twins birthday and I bought them samsung cellphones at 2000 each at Jet, should I worry? What am I gonna do with this dead TV? Not even a year? I'm so disappointed as my fridge is now 4 years it means that samsung now doesn't or no longer produce quality but is after sales and has noticed that we love their brand. Why do you cheat us now? I wonder which other brand I'd go for as Defy has also got problems when it comes to microwaves. Please samsung rectify this.
