Samsung is in no way the leader!

Good afternoon. So we decided to migrate our phones from Apple to Samsung. It seems that we might have made the biggest mistake ever. On the Samsung rewards, we decided to burn our points, on a Samsung 2 Fit Pro. The more we follow up, on where the delivery of this item is, the more stories we get from the Samsung Rewards Fulfilment team. From the delivery is at the couriers, to it will take up to 1-4 weeks to verify your delivery address. Really?? I think the local newspapers will have a field day to hear as to how Samsung is messing around the public. To think we actually moved away from everything Apple to give Samsung the benefit.
