Samsung is a waste of time!

I have a Samsung note 3. Ive been to Samsung on the 25/01/2015. After going through so much hassels to get proof of purchase, they said it would take 3 weeks to get the parts for my phone as it has a cracked screen -fair enough. A month later still no feedback, no sms, not phone call NOTHING! As they said they would keep us updated. Went in again still nothing! I went in about 3 r 4 times already and all they are saying is, the parts are still not in. I mean, howmuch longer am i still suppose to wait?? Seriously! I am so frustrated already because samsung is suppose to be this huge company. Is this how such a big company does business?! Its been almost 3months now which is totally RIDICULOUS and DISGUSTING!
