Samsung is a pathetic and sad joke of an operation

My samsung S9 failed catastrophically at the start of the year and required a main board replacement. A 2 day job took 2 weeks.

When I got the phone back, the software was unreliable and services like the fingerprint scanner, speakers and microphone would randomly fail for no reason. I also noticed debris that was left inside the device. So I had to take it back for a second time in less than 2 weeks.

When the phone came back again, I was told they had left tape inside the device and that everything else was fine. They also failed to provide me with an IP rating test certificate.

The device is still throwing random faults, I still have no IP test certificate and all they want me to do is keep taking the device back to the same useless service centre that failed to fix the device twice previously. Per the CPA, I now consider this a failed repair within the three month window and the device should be replaced as is my right.

My point exactly. You people don't read or even bother to put in any effort other than fob a problem off to another department so as to avoid accountability. You were already given a reference number for the disaster that has been my experience of Samsung's ineptitude....
