Samsung is a disgrace

My fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I contacted Samsung who said they would send a technician. Their call centre is a mess. They sentwana me from pillar to post and technician only came out 5 days later. Technician came and said that I need a part from Samsung before he can fix the fridge. It has been two days and Samsung still has not emailed me quotation so that I can pay for this part. When I call they put me on hold forever. In the meantime I have been surviving on takeaways for two days now.

I am disgusted in Samsung and I wouldn't re come nd their service to a sworn enemy. Utterly disgusting service.
