Samsung is a *******!

The Samsung store in Gateway Shopping Mall in Durban had a promotion- buy a new Samsung S23+ phone and you can get a pair of ear pods with it + you can buy a Samsung watch for R1999,00 (latter normally sold around R6k). I bought it and paid in full about 2 months ago. The ear pods were delivered quickly but I had to call the sales lady Samantha a few times because the watch did not arrived. I ordered the bigger version of the watch and she told me that they do not have stock -they only have the smaller ones. That was not the deal. Had I known that they will not have stock, I would not have purchased the phone and the promo deal. To date, I do not have the watch and I paid for it in full. I called the Samsung online and they have the watch in stock but because I dealt with the store, they could not help me. Both represent Samsung but they cannot honour the promo deal. This is blatant false advertising and a ******* to customers. I will never deal with Samsung any more nor but their products in the future and I have been one for many years. This is pathetic and an insult to customers.
