Samsung incompetence

I recently bought a Samsung z4 cell phone from mr Price Centurion. I had it for one week when a tecnical glitch on Watsapp occured on the Samsung network.

I called the Samsung service centre five times over a period of five days for assistance and on each occasion I was friendly sent to hell.

Samsung is pathetic. I am so disgusted in their inability to solve their issues. Their lack of knowledge and dishonesty is best fed to the swines.

I am so sorry I ever spent money buying this piece of *******. Sales people should be trained to warn clients of this pathetic product. Mr Price should ban this from their stores. They should not allow this product to leave their store.
