Samsung in free fall
I always loved the Samsung brand. Is it just me, but is the brand in a free fall.
I have a new but out of warranty fridge. The water dispenser broke and they say that there are no parts. My Q60 3 month old TV gives a terrible cloudy blur on black colours. The Samsung salesman says it will do that as it is an entry level tv.
Pity when you feel dooped is it time to find a new brand.
