Samsung iconx wireless earphones

So telkom has been advertising these 12 days of Christmas deals. On the 6th december i went in store to telkom eastgate to apply for the Samsung j7 pro and the gift was a free iconx wireless earphones. I was advised to register o Samsung rewards to claim the prize. I did that but the iconx did not appear. I then called telkom eastgate and was advised a case was logged. It's been a week and no feedback has been received. When I got.into contacted with telkom and Samsung rewards they are blaming each other to advise the delay is coming fro meat other yet nobody has contacted me to give me proper feedback. This is false advertising. Why offer these deals yet the client must run around trying to sort this out. I have told telkom that if this is not sorted tomorrow I will cancel that contract with them. Telkom have given me a case number which was reported last Thursday ********** 3 and my rewards id is 28C ********** . Please get this sorted as I am tired of being given the run around by telkom and Samsung
