Samsung I NEED answers!!!

I am one of the many Samsung Galaxy Sisonke competition winners and I got a call from the 'Organizer' & was told that I had won a Side by Side fridge & that they needed my proof of purchase & details for verification.. then I was also told that delivery should take 14 to 31 days and that I would also receive a phone call from a courier service..

That waiting period has lapsed and I'm yet to hear anything, I tried to ask questions on the Facebook messenger app with no response, I tried emailing the person who contacted me to inform me that I have won but still no response.. everyone is just ignoring me

How am I to begin kitchen renovations without a fridge??
