Samsung hoax promotions

In December 2020 my wife upgraded her cell phone contract. As Samsung was offering a free 32" TV when choosing the Samsung Note 20 it was a obvious choice. Registered for the TV with Samsung after completion of the upgrade and received the reference nr etc. More than a month later now word from Samsung so I called just to be informed the ID nr on the TV license differ from her ID. The ID was nr was resolved by sending email confirmation. On the 19th of Feb I made the next call just to hear all sorts of excuses regarding backlogs in the delivery etc. I called again on the 25th of Feb, again on the 4th of March, 12th of March and the 19th of March. Every time to hear a lot of excuses. Now we are in May 2021 already and no TV delivered as yet! So this seems like an total bull**** story and cheap marketing from Samsung. One is lured in with their advertising to go for the more expensive cell phone with the promise of the TV but Samsung just then do not deliver the goods nor fulfil their promise. And not at any stage can you talk to a responsible person/manager. So in future, when Samsung promotes this kind of deals, stay away and rather buy a reasonable instrument , go for the straight forward deal without any promises.
