SAMSUNG HMMMPH !!

I have been trying, for the last 1.5 weeks to get a spring for a Samsung front loader B1215J. I initially called Samsung HO, who promptly told me there probably wasn't stock anymore as my washing machine is old !!! I think it's about 10 years old. They also advised me that their closest agent to me is in Germiston !!! (I live in Benoni). I called and spoke to Cecilia who promised to check for stock and call me back. (I also wanted extra length inlet and outlet pipes - she had these in stock). I've since called back at least 4 times, spoken to her once again - she was going to call me back 'shortly' and various other people. They are waiting on stock, they don't know what they'll receive, etc, etc. This is what is called 'captive audience'. Samsung South Africa should take note of the fact that this will certainly stop me from purchasing any other Samsung products.
