Samsung head office staff useless and rude

Apart of a few individual's, wich i deal with that are excellent , general staff at head office, is totally useless , not only are they rude, with huge attitudes. , droping phone calls , not listerning to what you ask for , and tranfering you all over head office . The extremely rude. For a company as hi prolie like this , the staff SuB standard, not traind anf have no if any people s****s !!!!!
