Such bad customer service! Entices a person with this and that deals etc but when you have to claim for those extras as promised then Samsung does not deliver! Bought a Note 20 Ultra. Got all my paperwork sent in for the R4000 voucher. ITS BEEN 7 DAYS NO RESPONSE ON SOMETHING THAT TAKES ONLY 24 TO 72 HOURS!!. Received reference nrs on reference nrs BUT NO ACTUAL RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK. We spend alot of money on your brand SAMSUNG. I WANT FEEDBACK AND MY VOUCHER AS PROMISED WHEN I BUY A NOTE 20.
