Samsung has terrible customer service
So a few years ago we bought a stove from samsung with model code CTR464NB01P/FA. After a year or 2 from the date of purchase the HO locked and wouldn't unlock. We contacted Samsung and were referred to a store in Polokwane which sent a guy to our home in Lulekani (Phalaborwa) to have a look at the stove on condition that we are liable for the call out fee and costs of repairs. The stove was fixed until it did the same things in 2023. Now Samsung is refusing to fix the stove because "there is no service centre coverage within your area. Regretabbly, Sumsang cannot assist with having your unit repaired". Question is, why sell your products in Phalaborwa if you cannot assist when your products fail to work? Who is supposed to fix the products if the manufacturer refuses to fix same? We are good enough to buy the products but not to have the products fixed by the manufacturer. I am really disappointed and hurt by the treatment that we received from samsung.

I am not disputing your response dated the 19th of January 2024, hence the contents of your response were included on my first post.
You are the manufacturer of the stove, if you cannot repair it, then who can? An agent was sent previously from Polokwane and we paid all the necessary fees, why can't same be arranged?
Are we people from Phalaborwa good enough to purchase your products but not good enough to get proper assistance once your products stop working? What are we supposed to do with the stove now as same is not operational?
Please advise.
Kind regards,
Sihlangu Antonnette
