Samsung has ****** my device

On the 2nd of October, I took my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to the Samsung Care Centre in Roodepoort for Repairs. It had been giving me issues for a couple of weeks before that. Switching on and off, screens changing colour etc. Not knowing what was wrong with it, I took it in so they could fix it for me. It was still under warranty. A whole lot went wrong during that transaction, which I won't go into. It was just an unpleasant experience, with them wanting to charge me, while the phone was still under warranty etc. However my biggest gripe now, is that a couple of weeks of giving them my phone, the Care Center has been closed! With a sign outside saying that they are undergoing renovations! Ever since then, I have been trying to track and locate where they took my phone, with no luck!

No one can tell me exactly where my phone is and whether it has been fixed yet. It's now the 6th of December! I have vented on Twitter, I have sent emails to Samsung, I have spoken to a few Samsung employees (They have assigned a guy in a Samsung van on a temporary basis to assist the few customers that might still go to the Roodepoort Centre). The guy's name is Omar and he managed to give me one of the Managers' details (Sherwyn). I called Sherwyn this past weekend, he promised to assist me by Monday (4th December). To date nothing has happened and he is now ignoring my calls!!

I actually don't know what else to do to get my phone back from Samsung. The ****** phone cost me R17 000!
