Samsung has NO customer service and now one less customer.
Your customer service is unacceptable. The only reason you have a star is because I am forced to. I have been in contact with you for 6 months about my TV. I have spoken to 12 people. ALL OF them made different promises. ALL of them ****. I am still waiting like a doos for what is rightfully mine. You have nonresoctbfor your consumers, and NO one knows what they are doing or taking about. You guys are disgusting.
