I would like to say thank you for finally honouring your promise. I received the promotional item this afternoon. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the Consultant who assisted in resolving this issue. Why do we have to complain to be heard? I would like you to know that I don't only complain, but where credit is due I also acknowledge. Well done to all who assisted in making someone smile today because we could now finally bless someone who did not have the privilege of owning a mobile device. I have always supported Samsung and was disappointed but you proved me wrong and did what was right. I hope that this is a lesson well learnt for all of us.
