Samsung good service

After complaining on this site- my washing machine that was still under warranty, was fixed yesterday. A new technician was sent out that agreed that I did not physically damaged my machine and it was repaired under warranty. I even received a follow up call to see if all good. Not happy that I had to first throw a tantrum to get it done though
