SAMSUNG GIFT VOUCHERS
Samsung lying to its customers regarding gift vouchers. When you buy any Samsung' items valued above R20 000 they give you R3 000 gift vouchers that don't even exists. When you claim it they consultants will send you from pillar to post. And give you hope that you will get the item you bought on line with the gift voucher. You will wait and wait when you make follow up you start from the beginning and get a different reference number.
Why does Samsung' has to lie to its loyal customers by promising then things that dont exists?like why. We are buying your items for its reliability so please stop promising things you can't even deliver
