Samsung Gear S3 and Fit Pro 2
I wrote a previous complaint about Samsung Smart Watches Bad experience on heart rate monitors of 2 x Gear S3 watches and 3 x Gear Fit Pro watches. Watches will take heart rate when not exercising but the when cycling is selected it does not take heart rates. Samsung says it is hardware and I replaced hardware on one Fit Pro 2 and still doing the same as all the other watches. it is not hardware but software. No joy from Samsung, Bad service, Do not buy these watches for excercising.
