Samsung Gear Fit 2......BEWARE
Highly upset with Samsung! They do not support their product and the product ( Samsung Gear Fit 2) only lasted for 9 months. The back cover, covering the sensor came loose and fell off. The sweat of the arm of an exercise watch now came in contact with the sensor. This they say caused water damage and now the battery does not charge. MY PROBLEM.... MY FAULT.....MY COST......OVER R3OOO TO REPAIR......THE PRICE OF A NEW WHATCH!!!!!! I paid that for a new watch to last 9 months.......BEWARE.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

04 Apr 2018, 09:51This complaint was done after it was taken up with the Voice of customer Team of Samsung. They phoned me on Tuesday 2 April to tell me that they cannot do anything bacause the sweat caused water damage. Why do they produce an excercise whatch that cannot withstand exercise. The backplate came loose due to glue that could not handle contact with sweat. Without the backplate that dell on the floor without me realising the sensors was now on my sweaty arm when riding the excercise bike. This caused water damage and now the watch cannot charge and THIS IS MY FAULT. This was said to me over the phone . 9 Months use from this expensive watch. THANKS FOR BACKING YOUR PRODUCT SAMSUNG!!!!!

This complaint was done after it was taken up with the Voice of customer Team of Samsung. They phoned me on Tuesday 2 April to tell me that they cannot do anything bacause the sweat caused water damage. Why do they produce an excercise whatch that cannot withstand exercise. The backplate came loose due to glue that could not handle contact with sweat.
