Samsung Gauteng - your after sales service suc****

The Samsung Call Centre logged a call with this service centre in the Grove Mall. In Pretoria they have only one technician to repair refrigerators. Long story short, their technician agreed on a Sunday to come assist on his day off a Monday, but did not pitch up. Samsung Call Centre Johannesburg also did not return my call to use a private technician in view that the warranty expired but it has a 10 year warranty on the compressor. Not waiting and actually don't give a damn now.

People don't waste your time buying Samsung electronics Pathetic service indeed. Just good for allocating call numbers - nothing more. No care at all.

Fortunately, there are a few "technicians" out there that can do a better job. Cold Care and Repair has my thumbs up as they understand how crucial a broken fridge is if its not working for the past 5 days.

Getting rid of my Samsung electronics for a brand that can provide efficient after sales service. I will inform their suppliers viz. Makro, Games, etc. as well. Spread the word!
