Samsung galaxy Z3 flip

My husband took out a contract at cell c last year October, a samsung galaxy Z3 fold. One morning when I woke up and opened the phone the screen where it folds cracked in the middle and the screen was filled with ink. The phone is still under warranty so I took it back to cell c they booked it for repairs and just to come back and tell me it's R3000 to fix the screen, it was according to them self inflected. Where as I didn't break it at all there is no way u can fold it to Crack it in the middle. So the cashier at cell c told me to take the phone to a Pakistan to fix I was upset coz the phone is under warranty and that was extremely rude of her. After trying to contact so many people to try assist no luck. My husband took the cell back to cell c to demand help in either repair or exchange. Once again the booked the phone for repairs and got the quote yesterday back R16000 now to fix *** who has that money to fix for that amount. I'm upset sitting without a phone and still no help.
