Samsung galaxy Z series is a money making sham

I am thankful for the service @Hellopeter you guys have made it easy for us to communicate with companies. However Samsung has still done nothing to help me. Samsung and mobile providers know that the Galaxy Z series is fragile and unreliable. I payed 22k for a phone which doesn't work. Samsung refuse to be accountable for a phone they are aware is nonsense and breaks down. They put my phone out of warranty because of minor scratches on the outside, Samsung and mobile providers capitalise on scretches and use them as an excuse to not take accountability of their ******* phone. The repair centre did not even open the phone to properly assess it. So basically they want me to pay 12k for scretches. Samsung does not care about their customers all they do is make money off ****ty products that flip and fold meanwhile they know the Z series has been a problem to customers. Thank you but after many years of preference for the Samsung brand, I am done and I will never ever purchase a Samsung product ever again. I would recommend people stay away from Samsung and its products
