Samsung Galaxy Z Fold

I got the Samaung Galaxy Z Fold in January. Very expensive pho e and I pay R 1,700 a month just for the contract.....6 months down the line and the phone has a terribly ugly and bad fold mark in the centre of the screen that even impairs my work as it's a business phone.....I lodged a complaint with Samsung whereby the phone went in to Samsung for a warrantee assessment. 2 weeks later they returned the handset and said they will not replace/repair the phone due to scratches on the back where it says Samsung!!!!!! This is horrible services and a junk phone!!!!!!!! What phone has no scratches on???!!!!!! Worst of all is they are already advertising it's follow up model!!
