Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Phone - piece of ****. DON'T BUY IT

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phone end of August. Had nothing but OVERHEATING problems with it. It got sent back to Vodacom. Returned to me. Sent back to Vodacom. I then had to re-apply for another phone. Stupidly, I took the same make/ brand of phone.

Only to experience the same problems!!!

Samsung, what went wrong with this phone? It's an absolutely stunningly beautiful phone but my goodness it does NOT deliver. How does one use a phone that overheats? How does a new phone overheat even? The amount of repairs that went into this latest devise is staggering - I cannot even comprehend why it was necessary because the phone was new. Wasn't it?
