samsung galaxy ultra s- repair motor then a month ??? under warranty
23 feb 2026 - Samsung galaxy Ultra S
Phone still not back from repairs its now been more then a month without a device, no loan phone provided and no1 from Samsung calls to update unless i do... for every 10 calls i make they return 1 perhaps. case managers or supervisors are non existent.
you can not request to speak to the person dealing with your case as they never available.
they are not sure if the phone once repaired with maintain its ip68 rating. case number: ***
