Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus Battery DANGER
Hi<br> I have a Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus and yesterday the back of my phoned popped open due to a very swollen battery. I have had this phone for just on a year now. I did notice over the last month that it was losing its charge very quickly over a 24 hour period.<br> Because of this dangerous swelled up battery a spot has developed on my screen.<br> This is a very dangerous situation with your batteries. It would have been a disaster if the battery exploded.<br> Please be aware your Samsung batteries are not good and you need to put more money into research to create safer better batteries for your phones.<br> I am not happy with the spot on the screen. How can I get rid of this?<br> Thanks for your time reading this complaint.
