Samsung Galaxy S7 Heating up that it burned me

<p>I'm am really upset at this moment... Been a samsung user for many years and always happy till now.<br />First with all the stories going around with the Samsung S7 blowing up I became very aware of my own phone.<br />More than a month ago my phone was on charge... When I picked it up it burned me and I dropped my phone. Because of the fell the screen cracked. I immediately swished it off and put it onto the aircon went to cool down. <br />The following day I went to Samsun in Menlyn to repair the screen and check the heating up.<br />Now I have to pay R7694 for a brand new phone... The technician keep saying it's because of the fell that it's heating up, so I have proof that it WAS HEATING up. And like I explained the phone fell after the heating up. And that is not suppose to happen with any phone. All phones are suppose to have safety measures preventing it form heating up that much.</p> <p>I know I'm not the only person with this problem.<br />The same happend to my hairdresser and her phone got prepared for free?</p>
