Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Pink line across screen

Purchased galaxy S7 edge on 7 September 2016. Pink line across screen appeared in January 2017, phone was booked in and repaired. Pink line appears again in beginning 2018, took phone in to Samsung repair centre at The Grove in Pretoria, warranty claim rejected as the screen has a small crack in. The crack in the glass has nothing to do with the pink line on the LCD screen - 2 separate matters, pink line on LCD screen appeared before the small crack. How is this customer service? Replacement cost of R4255? This is an obvious problem with the galaxy S7 edge, and it happened to my device before, but you reject the claim?

This is not acceptable. Please make contact so that the matter can be resolved.
