Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and GEARVR promotion

I preordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with MTN Mall of the North Polokwane on 15 March 2016. They did not have stock. I enquired on that day about whether the phone will come with the GEAR VR of which I got confirmation for. I was not notified about pre-ordering directly from Samsung nor about the deadline. I Have proof that I ordered the phone before then, but only received the phone after due to lack of stock. I am saddened to be associated with a brand that can trick its customers, promise things, but not deliver stock in time so that a lot of customers can be cheated. The Mtn Consultants are not even given the correct information from Samsung to pass on to customers.
