Samsung Galaxy S7 cracked screen

<p>this is my 3rd review re the above topic: I eventually drove 300km to Polokwane to give the phone back to samsung whom still have not contacted me. Friday the 11th 2016 I gave the phone back just so that samsung can tell me I know have lost my warranty due to their poor quality phone, that afernoon a person from samsung eventualy called this person could not answer any of my questions and also could not tell me why I loose my warranty due to a fault on their product - extreme poor service from a supposed to be world class company - I will however report this to samsung international as well as they have dealt with these cases before and gave proper assistance to their users</p>
