Samsung Galaxy S5
I have always been a loyal Samsung user (TV, Laptop, tablet, phone). When I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S5 in November 2014 ? loved it! However, in February it started to shut down on its own. Sometimes it would restart or the screen would look snowy.

I took it to the repair centre in Century City (CT) in March & the assistant seemed to 'massage' the phone saying it needed pressure. They said it will not be replaced. The fact that the lady knew exactly how to deal with my problem made me realize that this wss not the first time she experienced a customer complaint like this. My phone continued with the same problem again.

On 2 May I was involved in a car accident & needed my phone but it was dead. Even though the batter was fully charged. In a dire state of emergency I was unable to use my phone. I have also lost photos and videos from my external memory card. Not sure how that happened.

However, if my phone is still under warranty, should I not get a new handset? It is most frustrating. Please advise!
