Samsung Galaxy S24+ Camera RUINS images!

I've recently upgraded my cellphone from a Samsung A73 to a Samsung Galaxy S24+

Having used the A73 for 2 years prior to this, I was excited about purchasing one of the flagship models as being a photographer, I was excited to enjoy the camera functionality this phone has to offer.

I've never been so disappointed! This camera has built-in AI that edits and adjusts every image taken, in a manner that it seems fit - grossly altering and ruining the images you take. There is no way to override or turn off these automatic adjustments which is even more infuriating.

I'm a new father, and cannot use my phone to capture on the fly moments which are gone in a second because any image I take is ruined. Why would you do this Samsung? I've always been an avid Android / Samsung user, but am seriously looking at the Apple route.
