Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Tab A8 Promo with MTN

I pre ordered the S22 Ultra on the 10th of feb on MTN Online. On the 4th of March I was contacted by MTN to finalize my contract upgrade. recieved my Phone on the 8th of March. The pre order i did stated that Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Tab A8 is included, just need to claim via Samsung Members App. I was able to claim the Buds Pro, but nowhere on the app can i claim the Tablet. I first contacted MTN and they said the promotion was held by Samsung. Contacted Samsung, first call they didnt even know about the promotion. Im being sent in circles trying to get my Tab A8, and I am not the only one. On the Samsung Members app, the community, there are people that also cant claim the tab. Samsung and MTN has the promo on their websites. This is false advertising and misleading as to that is the reason i pre ordered the S22 Ultra. Samsung Promotion Department has to nerve to tell me it MTN and that i have to contact them, where it clearly states in the terms and condition that the promotor is Samsung. You guys are in contravention of The Consumer Protection Act, No.68 of 2008. If i dont get an answer and my Tablet, I will be contacting MyBroadband and point them to other customers and let them investigate this **** samsung is running. I am fed up of wasting my time and money on getting wat was promised in an online add by Samsung. Thank you
