Samsung Galaxy S21FE Tablet promotion

I upgraded to the Samsung S21FE in January 2022. I followed the steps to claim my free Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet, uploaded every detail required. Then Samsung came back and said that they require the purchasers ID document, which was the one I uploaded. I replayed on the link on the email and then it keeps on saying the email is not delivered. After calling multiple times and trying, still no luck. Eventually I got an email address for Samsung to send the ID document with the requested IMEI nr. This was all done before the promotion ended. Till this day I have not received any feedback, any email or any correspondence. This is very poor service. The promotion ended but the upgrade was done long before that, so I expect to get my free tablet as promoted.
