Samsung galaxy gift promotion stock delay

Good day, I did a cellphone upgrade with Vodacom Galaxy promotion in November 2024 and app**** with Samsung promotions to get my complimentary gift with purchase of a fitbit watch and earpods and handed all my information in, I was approved and received a reference number. Nothing arrived in December, January or till now February 2025. When i call I'm told the stock has not arrived, but I'm not so sure on that anymore, doesn't it all come from overseas? On my calls I was told it's Christmas time, December holidays, companies are closed, staff are not back ar work yet, China is on a new year holiday. I'm becoming very impatient towards these exscuses and empty promises, I also received a letter in January to apologize for the delay and that stock would be arriving soon. I've seen similar people complaining about the same thing, if I call the number the consultants just say they waiting for stock but 3x months is becoming a little unsatisfactory.
