Samsung Galaxy gear charging dock (cradle)

I bought a galaxy gear s and cradle dock for charging keeps on braking. I bought 2 more cradles and they also broken. I told Samsung that their part keeps on braking and I can't always pay R450 every time for low quality and they told me they are sorry but I will just have to buy another one. This watch doesn't even work without this thing. If Samsung produces weak products like this that means every 3 to 6 months I'll have to buy a new charging cradle. I also have a friend who is experiencing the same problem. Samsung needs to do something about these charging docks cos I'm spending a lot on charging docks than using the ****** watch. Today when the 3rd one broke I called them and they are not even helpful and the lady I spoke to was even rude and didn't wanna give me her name.
