Samsung galaxy earbuds is a shame and a disgrace and not for people with short temper

I have not been using my samsung galaxy s21 due to a broken screen and board damage. Now i am trying to use samsung galaxy wearable app to disable this stupid touch on earbufs since i cant use any other app to do so. Samsung should think for themselves if you have a person where the earbuds have to be pushed back in properly due to work or so on causing sweat in your ears or after a hot bath then these things slide out now you on a call and you end up having to phone that person back 40 times becausr everytime you push the earbud back in it ends the ****** call. Now how do i get to verify my stupid samsung account when they ask for mobile number to send it to then next page it says notification on galaxy i mean *** YOU ARE REQUESTING ON ANOTHER DEVICE???? MAKE THINGS USER FRIENDLY THEN MORE PEOPLE WILL BUY IT. Like get a mic that works in the earbuds
