Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

I have two of above cellphones. Last week one crashed. I had to spend a few hours at their customer service centre in Roodepoort. This week the other one also crashed with exactly the same problem. Surely there must be something wrong with these cellphones. Maybe they should do the same than with cars and do a re-call and not inconvenience cutomers with the possibility of loosing valuable information like contacts that were built up over years. This is the first time this happened to me in all the years since cellphones came out. What is more hair raising is that I have a samsung washing machine, tablet, Nx30 camera, tv while my family members also changed to Samsung. What is going next? Have Smart gone to smart this time round. Only one person currently working on software support in their support centre. I am still lucky. How do people deal with these type of issues that do not have support centres close by.

Sorry I would like to correct one of my statements. There were two technicians - the one was probably out when I raised this query. I must further add that when I reached the service desk the technician, Emerald Malinda gave me excellent service and was very efficient sorting out the issue. He was also able to recover all my contacts - something that could not be done the previous round. For service I would rate him a five(5). I however still rate the experience relating to the handpiece a one (1). To be fair towards the tech I will change the rating to a three(3).
