Samsung Galaxy Buds False Advertising

Samsung are a bunch of *******. I ordered a samsung s20 ultra on contract during the promotion period (march) to qualify for the free galaxy buds. After submitting all the necessary claims, documents...etc, I received confirmation from the contact centre saying that my buds will be delivered. After a few weeks of waiting (believing its delayed due to the covid situation), i followed up yesterday only to be told I will not be given the buds. I purchased this ridiculously expensive phone under the assumption I would be getting these galaxy buds. All their processes have been followed, only for me to be ******. This is false advertising, and pathetic customer service. You should be ashamed as a company for treating loyal customers this way.

I must say I am truly disgusted by samsungs behaviour with regards to these galaxy buds redemption. One of their agents contacted me shortly after my post, took about 3 weeks to investigate and have then decided they will not honour my claim. All this after I have provided all the proof (in black and white). this confuses me as to why they would not honour the claim as all proof requested has been provided. I can only assume incompetence at this point. I then asked for the agent to provide me written confirmation of the outcome of my investigate so I could escalate the matter further, to date they have been ignoring me. Unfortunately I've had escalated the matter further
